Refund & Cancellation Policy – Kawtim Food

Kawtim Food operates as a multi-service platform offering Food Delivery, Grocery, Pharmacy, and E-commerce products. Our refund policy varies depending on the category of purchase.


1. Food Orders

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and preparation has started.

  • No refunds for change of mind.

  • Refunds or replacements are applicable only if:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Item missing

    • Food is spoiled or not fit for consumption

  • Complaints must be raised within 2 hours of delivery with photos.


2. Grocery Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

  • After delivery, refunds/replacements are applicable only for:

    • Damaged items

    • Expired products

    • Incorrect items

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


3. Pharmacy Orders

  • No return or refund on medicines once delivered, as per health and safety regulations.

  • Refunds are allowed only if:

    • Wrong medicine delivered

    • Expired medicine delivered

  • Prescription medicines must match the uploaded prescription.


4. E-commerce Products

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused

    • In original packaging

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Perishable goods

    • Personal care items

    • Innerwear / hygiene products


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to:

    • Original payment method OR

    • Kawtim Wallet (if applicable)
